Where is my order?

Enter your order number or email

Your order could be in a couple of places... our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then it's on its way. You can track your order at the top of this page using your order number from that email. If you haven't got your dispatch email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us. Once you have the dispatch email you can track it yourself via the link in the email or by using the track my order section at the top of this page.
If you don't have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account here and then by going to 'Order History'.

    We accept the following payment cards: VNPAY E-wallet/ VNPAY QR, MOMO, Zalo Pay, and Interbank transfer by QR Code. We also accept PayPal and Visa.

    *Please note: All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.

    ExChange & RETURNS POLICY

    At Fidele, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

    Here are the 5 key points of our policy:

    • Returns: Contact us within 14 days for a return authorization and guidance on the return process.
    • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for a return.
    • Exchange: Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the correct ones upon notifying us.
    • Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
    • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    Please note that certain items, such as underwear or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

    We recommend carefully reviewing the product descriptions, size charts, and other relevant information before making a purchase to ensure the best fit and satisfaction.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refund Process: Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. After returning your order and it being received at our warehouse, we'll refund you within 7 days, followed by up to 7 days for it to reflect in your bank statement.

    Gift vouchers and store credits will be refunded to your Fidele account. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process. Returns must meet our policy requirements, including new and unused condition with labels attached.
