Where is my order?

Enter your order number or email

Your order could be in a couple of places... our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier on its way, or delivered. The first thing to check is have you had your dispatch email? If yes, then it's on its way. You can track your order at the top of this page using your order number from that email. If you haven't got your dispatch email (don't forget to check those junk folders) then your order is waiting to leave us. Once you have the dispatch email you can track it yourself via the link in the email or by using the track my order section at the top of this page.
If you don't have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account here and then by going to 'Order History'.

Exchange & Returns Policy

At Fidele, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Returns: Contact us within 7 days for a return authorization and guidance on the return process.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for a return.
  • Exchange: Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged for the correct ones upon notifying us.
  • Refunds: After inspecting the returned item, we'll process your refund within 30 business days to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Please note that certain items, such as underwear or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds Policy

1. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We currently opting for an exchange instead of a refund. You can expect to receive your exchange item within 5-25 business days on average. However, this is just an estimate, and the actual time could be shorter or longer depending on various factors.

2. What happens if I paid with a gift voucher or store credit?
If your order was paid with a gift voucher or store credit, the refunded amount will be credited back to your Fidele account.

3. Will I be notified when my return is received and refunded?
Yes, we will send you an email notification once your parcel arrives back at our warehouse and again when we have processed your refund.

4. What condition should the items be in for a refund? 
To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned in a new and unused condition with all labels attached. We recommend returning them in the original packaging whenever possible.

5. What if I haven't received any communication after 28 days?
If you haven't received any emails or updates from us after 28 days, please reach out to us by using the Contact Us tab on our website for assistance.
